• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your shipment every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Next Self Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we offer a simple return and exchange process:

• Returns: You can return most items within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in their original, unused condition. If the product is defective or damaged, you can also return it for a refund or replacement.

• Exchanges: If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 30 days. The products must be in their original, unused condition.

• Return/Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us via our email or contact form on the website. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

• Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.

Important Note: Some products, such as personalized items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.
